Step 1

Your tickets will be sent to your email on file from ArmyWestPoint@Paciolan.com. Open this email on your mobile device and select each of the game links included.

Step 2

When opening each of your game links, select the “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Pay” depending on your device. Your mobile device will automatically have the applicable option appear.

Step 3

Select the “Add” button as applicable to add the mobile ticket to your device. Be sure to place all tickets in step two if you have multiple ticket quantities for a specific game.

Step 4

Select either your Apple Wallet app (above example) or your Google Pay app to view your tickets. Both app options are automatically on your iOS or Android device.

Step 5

As you place your tickets into your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, you will be able to see and select each of your game tickets.

Step 6

On gameday, scan each of your tickets QR code like you would with any other ticket.
